Exparel is a unique medication—a non-opioid injection administered during surgery that helps in a patient's pain relief journey. We wanted to empower patients, particularly women, to proactively discuss their pain management options with their doctors. Our campaign bridges the conversation gap between patients and doctors, giving patients the knowledge and confidence to express their needs for long-lasting pain relief options before surgery. With Exparel as a pain-relief option, patients can focus on getting back to everything they can't wait to do. ​
We sold in this campaign as the first-ever campaign for Exparel and the first AOR-level pharma campaign for our agency.

Look + Feel: We wanted these stories to feel raw and authentic. Using a more cinematic approach, we worked with our director and photographer to create a beautiful look and feel. We used texture and grain, making this look different and stand out from other pharma campaigns.
